Privacy Policy

Last updated 20 September 2026

Saysort is a voice-first organiser for your files, notes, tasks and inbox. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

1. Who we are

Saysort (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and the Saysort product. You can reach us at any time at hello@saysort.xyz.

C-9, 4th Floor, Vibhuti Khand
Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Uttar Pradesh 226010, India

2. What we collect

Saysort is not publicly launched yet, so the amount of data this site handles is deliberately small.

  • Your email address, only if you choose to enter it in the early-access form on our home page.
  • Basic technical information that your browser sends to our hosting provider whenever you load any website, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is used to serve the page and to keep the service secure.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, payment details or any of the files, notes or recordings that the Saysort product will eventually handle. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

3. Why we use it

We use your email address for one purpose: to contact you about Saysort early access and launch updates. We will not use it to send unrelated marketing, and we will not sell, rent or trade it.

Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, ours is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and send email, and only to the extent they need it to perform that work. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

5. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Any storage we use is strictly necessary to make the page work.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email address until Saysort launches and we have finished contacting the early-access list, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. Residents of India have these rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; residents of the EEA and UK have equivalent rights under the GDPR.

To exercise any of these, email hello@saysort.xyz and we will action it. Asking to be removed from the early-access list is always free and takes one message.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

Saysort is still being built, so this policy will change as the product does. When it does, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting people already on the early-access list will be sent by email.

11. Contact
