These terms apply to this website and to joining the Saysort early-access list. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Saysort, C-9, 4th Floor, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010, India. You can contact us at hello@saysort.xyz.

2. Saysort is not launched yet

Everything described on this site is a description of a product in development. Features shown or written about may change, be delayed, or never ship at all. Nothing on this site is a promise that a particular feature will exist, or a commitment to any launch date.

3. The early-access list

Submitting your email adds you to a list of people we intend to contact about early access. It does not create an account, does not reserve a place, does not cost anything, and does not guarantee that you will be given access. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing us.

Please only submit an email address that is yours or that you are authorised to use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
• interfere with the site’s normal operation, including by submitting automated or bulk requests to the early-access form;
• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Saysort name, logo, copy, design and code on this site belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share the site, but you may not reuse its contents commercially without our permission. Any third-party names or marks that appear remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. The site is provided “as is”

We provide this site without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of your use of this site, including loss of data, profits or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
